My PA that I see (I can’t recall her name) but she’s so amazing everytime I see her and makes me feel so comfortable during every visit. With a rough history, she’s able to calm me down by telling me step by step of what she’s about to do and so empathetic towards my feelings. I feel comfortable without feeling judged. I’m so glad I come here and always recommend this place!

I received care at their Upland and Eastvale locations in 2023 so this is not location specific. This company is full of staff that does not care about their patients and has no compassion. Franklin Johnson and Stephanie Shen are particularly horrible providers. I suffered from really bad anxiety during my pregnancy and Franklin Johnson told me that I needed to get it under control or I ran the risk of killing my baby. This was said in front of my husband and caused me a lot of distress and sleepless nights. Not sure why he thought saying something like this to a pregnant woman with anxiety was helpful or acceptable. These people also guilted me into being induced because of my high blood pressure caused by my anxiety. The rest of my labs were normal and not signaling preeclampsia and I was getting normal blood pressure readings at home but I was still pushed to get an induction. As for Stephanie Shen, she was always just really rude and sarcastic. Not sure why people who don’t care about women and have no compassion chose these kinds of careers. My experience with them still haunts me. Thanks for the great care Women’s Medical Group!

I highly recommend Dr. Vu. She consistently treats me with genuine compassion and kindness, and I always feel heard and respected during my visits. It’s clear that she truly cares about my health and well-being, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I feel comfortable every step of the way. Having a doctor who is both knowledgeable and so attentive makes all the difference. I’m very grateful to be under her care.

I am very disappointed in my care with this clinic, especially with the later portion of my pregnancy. My first appointment was fine with Dr. Johnson, he answered my questions bluntly, which I appreciate, but the visits after this were rushed and my concerns were dismissed without any true consideration. The final straw for me was after I completed my 1 hour non-fasting gestational diabetes test. My results came back borderline and when I expressed my desire to get the 3 hour fasting glucose test I was told that because this clinics cutoff is 140 and I BARELY fell under this threshold further testing was not necessary. This was despite my expressed concerns due to the fact that I have hypothyroidism and a family history of gestational diabetes. I was luckily able to get the 3 hour fasting glucose tolerance test done through another provider and thank goodness I did because that confirmed that I do have gestational diabetes. Care for Women’s negligence is unacceptable, this lack of attention could have put myself and my baby at risk of further health complications and I would be weary of receiving care from them, and if you do I would make sure you advocate for yourself!

I wish I could give them a zero ! This place is so insensitive. I kept calling to tell them I wasn’t feeling well while pregnant and they told me they couldn’t schedule me an appointment. I had a miscarriage the following day and had to go to the ER. The Er told me to follow up with my obgyn. And I kept calling the office. They kept denying to see me without blood work. Even if I wasn’t feeling well. I called after the blood work and they still denied to see me even if I wasn’t feeling well ?

Had a great first appointment as a new patient especially since I had no insurance and had to pay out of pocket BUT I had started a new insurance this month and I had given them the information 1-2 weeks prior to my appointment date so they can verify and discuss any copays with me prior. I got a phone call after they had closed the office the day BEFORE to tell me that I have a copay of $625 that I would need to pay at the time of visit due to my high deductible. When I had given a call back on the day of my appointment, they told me that there is a delivery fee through my insurance that I would need to start paying 6 months before I’m due. They refused to let me pay cash and told me the only other option is to apply for medi-cal since I can’t afford that price on the day of my scheduled appointment. I had to cancel my appointment due to that fee that was never discussed any time prior and now I am putting myself and my baby at risk because I had to cancel the check up. I am so upset by this office for multiple reasons- I will never be returning back to this office.

I honestly love this place have been here for my previous 2 pregnancies. Sadly today was not a good experience. When I asked the staff to give me my light weight note for work she insisted that I would get it email I said I could wait for her to print one and she was just rude. I am sorry but I do not and should not deal with rude staff not willing to help. So now I have to wait until when to get my Drs note ? So disappointing!
