Very tentative staff, go above and beyond for same day appts & very helpful! Joni helped make the process so easy and explained and went out of her way to correct some things from our dr office end! Thank you Joni!! Excellent customer service! Very clean and professional environment and great experience all around. Highly recommend this place.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They made the experience as comfortable as could be and they answered all my questions and concerns throughly. I got there super early, which made my wait seem longer then it probably was, but they ask you to come 30 minutes early. If you pre filled out the paperwork online 10mins is more then enough time to re sign and date a few papers in my opinion. They really should move the sign on the building over the doors they want you to enter through too.

Only wanted to schedule appointment. Wasting my time to show up, schedule, and leave. They are slow to keep customers in turn order. Waited in line. 3rd lady asked if i need help. I said i just needed to schedule appointment 🙂 and given her insurance and ID. 4 or so people came in with appointments. All i needed to do was schedule appointment. The imaging workers though, are great, friendly, and communicative on explaining their process and letting me know what to do 🙂 front desk ladies need better management training
