I was impressed with the follow‑through of services. The system they have in place is efficient and well‑organized, which made the overall process smooth. The staff was thorough in the care they provided, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I do feel the experience could be improved if staff were a bit friendlier and more personable, as this would help patients feel more seen and less like the environment is tense. Overall, the quality of service was strong, and the structure of their system really stood out.

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to my doctor, he listened and showed empathy. I was very pleased with his attention to detail. I am confident he will help me with my issue. He didn’t rush me , and I was very comfortable with him.

I see NP Gloria Perry - she’s fantastic.. she explains things very well to me & takes the time to listen. She helps me with paperwork for things no other doctor will & she has great bedside manner. She’s always kind & she never rushes me. I really appreciate her & the work she does.. I see a lot of doctors as I have a lot of health issues & she’s definitely in the top 1-5% of practitioners for sure ‼️ This facility is also extremely clean & well kept, in a nice area, & easily accessible for disabled people in wheelchairs.. it’s also close to nearby pharmacies & places where they draw blood, urine & stool samples for example. But the doctors office itself usually draws my blood so I have no need to use the PAL for their bloodwork - it does come in handy if I had another office order labs though & I’m finishing up my appt … I just stop by & get it done so I get 2 birds one stone. 🙂 Highly recommend this office for neurological needs. Even the guy who’s did the tests on me to check for seizures & pinched nerves (I think it was called an EEG and or EKG) did great & explained it all so well - he also had very great bedside manner. Overall a great staff & every experience I’ve had since I started with them several years ago have been great imho. Give them a shot if you need a neurologist or a second opinion from a new neurologist bc your current one isn’t working out well for you. 🤔
