This office staff is terrible, disorganized, and it is a nightmare to get an initial appointment. I have tried to call this office multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail every time and the voicemail box is full. They do offer their texting phone number but it is still difficult to reach them and even more difficult to schedule an appointment once you maybe get a call/text back. I have never had so many issues with a doctor's office before to be able to make an appointment. This is definitely a turn off. I will find a different neurologist. Also, Dr. Londono is not taking patients with the diagnosis of dementia at this time because they are full capacity.

This office has been a godsend. I drive over two hours to go see Dr. Londoño. She is that good. She has gone above and beyond to treat my debilitating, chronic illness. It’s incredibly difficult to find a Dr. who is this caring. Her office is also wonderful. They are communicative and helpful. I’ve been at Fullerton Neuro for over five years (since Dr Florin) and I’m so grateful to have them as partners in care. Thank you so much!

I've never experienced such blatant disregard from a doctor before. I couldn't even tell you her name because she didn't even introduce herself. I attended the appointment with my mom because she is Korean and her English is not the best. When the doctor would ask her questions about her issues she was just so condescending! For example, the doctor asked my mom how long the electric shocks that's been happening in her head lasts and my mom misunderstood as how long this has been happening for and replied about a year. The way the doctor responded was so aggressive and corrected her in such a rude way. One of several examples of her unprofessional attitude. Literally as this was happening I was searching the online reviews and regretted coming to this specialist. By then end of the consultation all the doctor said was, "I think you're fine, everyone has shocks in their brains every once in a while". While we obviously hope that is the case, we will get a 2nd opinion at a much more professional place elsewhere. I don't know who this woman thinks she is, but as a doctor and especially a specialist dealing with neurological issues she should display the upmost quality care and compassion for all patients.

This is a long review, and a long time coming but I wanted to give the office a chance but I feel it’s very important information for anyone considering this office. I was a patient at Fullerton Neurology for years when Dr. Florin was there, and my experience during that time was wonderful. The staff was kind, professional, and I always felt comfortable and cared for. Unfortunately, after Dr. Londoño took over, my experience completely changed. The website still listed Dr. Florin for quite some time, which was misleading, but the final interaction I had there was enough for me to never return. During a Botox appointment, my husband took a quick photo while I was receiving injections along my scalp line. We genuinely did not realize photos were not allowed and absolutely would have respected that policy had we been told beforehand. The moment the photo was taken, Dr. Londoño reacted in a way that was honestly shocking. She began screaming at my husband repeatedly, demanded he unlock his phone, watched him delete the photo, and then ordered him to leave the office. He apologized multiple times and immediately complied. I was left sitting mid-procedure while she continued expressing how "violated" she felt. She also said she was so shaken up that she couldn’t finish the procedure. The entire situation became extremely uncomfortable and escalated far beyond what seemed reasonable for a misunderstanding over a single photo that was immediately deleted. After the appointment, she told me she never wanted to see me again and that I needed to find a new doctor — after years of being a patient there. I fully understand offices may have policies regarding photos, and I respect that. But the way this situation was handled felt incredibly unprofessional, aggressive, and upsetting. It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable interactions I’ve ever had with a medical professional.

My experience has been mixed. The office staff are absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They are the strongest aspects of this practice. For background, I was originally a patient of Dr. Florin until his retirement. While he could be very direct and didn't always have the warmest bedside manner, his knowledge and expertise were exceptional. I always felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care. It was also clear that he respected and trusted his staff, often involving them in patient care and relying on their assistance during appointments. Thankfully, I still see him for my clinical trial visits. For neurological care outside of the trial, I have seen Dr. Londoño. My interactions with her as a patient have been acceptable, although I often left appointments feeling that my questions were not fully answered and that alternative perspectives or experiences from other patients were not given much consideration. The primary reason for my two-star rating, however, is an interaction I personally witnessed between Dr. Londoño and a member of the office staff. In front of a waiting room full of patients and several employees, she reprimanded a staff member for not greeting her first thing upon entering the office. She instructed the employee to leave and re-enter the office so they could greet her properly. The interaction visibly upset the employee to the point of tears. As someone who leads teams professionally, I strongly believe that people should be treated with respect and that leaders set the tone for workplace culture through their own behavior. In this situation, I did not observe that standard being upheld. While every workplace has private moments of correction and coaching, public reprimands—especially those that humiliate employees—can be damaging to morale and professionalism. The office staff deserve recognition for the compassion and professionalism they consistently show patients. My hope is that they are treated with the same respect they extend to others every day.
