Our first time meeting Dr. Brookman. He is a pleasant and professional doctor. All of his staff at the office carried his same sincere cadence and positivity. My mother was at ease while he explained the details of why we were here regarding her condition. My mother looks forward to further appointments with him.
Called to schedule a appointment for my husband. No body ever answers there phone. Tell me I am 1 in the queue then nothing. Anyone else have this problem. On the phone for over 15min 2 different times. I also sent a email with no response.
Office was very busy, front desk staff was ok. However, the person in the area where patients chose frames was rude & since there was a very limited amount of frames to chose from, she basically suggested to go elsewhere for frames & lens. Having vision insurance which would have cover cost for frames & lens we were told we should purchase somewhere else due to the very limited frame options! What a waste of our time! Also, it’s bad enough that office doesn’t open Saturdays! Very inconvenient!
My husband and I were seen by Optometrist Ledia Samwil today. She was very attentive, helpful and was patience with us which we really appreciated it. The staffs at the front were also helpful, friendly and answered all of our questions.
Told me to go to the wrong address and when I found that out, I got the actual location 5 mins late. Then they told me the doctor left. What a joke, told me doctor only gives you 5 mins grace period. I always have a problem everytime I come here. I will look into changing a different company.
Dr. Logan and staff are great but the logistics need improvement. It will take 3 separate office visits with 3 copayments prior actual surgery. I think one appointment should have covered all of it.
I brought my mom to her appointment today, and overall, it was a mixed experience. About 30 minutes before her scheduled time, she received a text message prompting her to check in and register her information. In my opinion, this notification should have been sent out earlier, preferably the day before her appointment. As her caregiver, having more time to prepare and gather all her medical history and necessary details would have made the process much smoother. On the brighter side, the staff at the facility was incredibly professional and genuinely helpful. They handled the check-in process efficiently despite the last-minute notification. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the ample free parking available, as they share the space with several other businesses, making access convenient. The waiting area itself was spacious, comfortably laid out, and very clean, which created a pleasant environment while we waited for her appointment. All in all, while the timing of the text message could definitely improve, the professionalism of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere were commendable.
