Dr Lee is excellent addition to the 2020 staff I book my appointment based on my availability so I can’t always see the Same Dr. my son enjoyed the visit with Dr Lee, being on the Spectrum some social cues can be missed and he felt comfortable with her, she’s patient knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her Career.

Dr. B is the best. She’s knowledgeable, and courteous. I’ve seen her for annual eye exams and for occasional medical issues with my eyes and feel she provides quality care. The staff is also great. I especially like Esmeralda. She goes above and beyond in helping repair glasses and ensuring everything is correct when ordering glasses and contacts.

Dr. Casagrande is an outstanding optometrist. You can immediately tell he has decades of experience—he’s wise, thorough, and knows exactly what to look for. He took his time, asked all the right questions, and was incredibly observant and detail-oriented throughout my visit. He’s also charismatic, friendly, and genuinely approachable, which made the appointment feel comfortable and easy. If you want an optometrist who is patient, highly knowledgeable, and truly cares about getting it right, Dr. Casagrande is exactly who you need. Highly recommend.

Great experience. First time here and it was awesome. Receptionist was nice and very welcoming. The Assistant was also hospitable. The doctor was amazing and explained everything well! She was patient and quick which was awesome. She didn’t rush me to get me out and stayed to answer any questions. The lady that helped me with the payments was the best! She helped pick out some glasses and gave honest feedback! She was patient and really helped me. She wasn’t trying to get done with me or make me feel i was bothering her but truly helped me. She wasn’t trying to push me to get something more expensive and or extra stuff I didn’t necessarily need like other places try to do. I’ve been to 3 other offices and this one is the best! Everyone that helped me had a great personality and smile from start to finish!

The whole staff was friendly, competent, and everything moved along fast,but not rushed. I would recommend this company for everyone who wants that old fashioned enjoyable, friendly experience. Doctor Casagrande's experience of over 40 years, speaks so much his love for his patients. He keeps learning more about his field, being able to make good decisions about what his patients need, making smart evaluations of the what the test results show. He was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law. So thankful for the recommendation. He and his whole staff care for the precious lives that are here for good eye exams, glasses, and easy explanation of what the need. I pray, he doesn't retire any time soon. I learned a lot from his explanations of my eye sight or lack thereof.

I would definitely recommend 20/20 Optometric Fresno (Blackstone location). Dr. Belardinelli is so sweet and very kid friendly. The staff is polite and knowledgeable, our glasses took less than a week for three pairs!!

They were wonderful and very professional. I was nervous and the optometrist was very sweet and professional. They were patient with helping me choose which glasses to best for me. I received my glasses quickly. They asked if I might need adjustments and then made them immediately. I am extremely satisfied with both my glasses and the service I received. Lisa Newman
