Nicholas was a true advocate, helping me get a fair, affordable price on my two pairs of prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses. Ilma was helpful and delightful as she served me and fitted both pairs very comfortably. My experience at this LensCrafters felt like white-glove concierge service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable staff, Paige was patient and not pushy in any way. It was a pleasant transaction and she helped me find a perfect pair of glasses and worked with my frame size and prescription. I recommend being helped by Paige if you’re feeling uneasy about buying new glasses.

Ilma and crew were awesome! I bent my sunglasses so bad that they wouldn’t stay on my face and I thought I would have to trash them. I ran them into LensCrafters and Ilma repaired them to better than new! And it only took 3-4 minutes. The entire staff was fantastic! I highly recommend that you see Ilma at the Rosedale location for any eyeglass needs you may have!

I would like to start off by saying, or I rather say , state the fact that retail is hard and especially optics. I am sure it takes a lot of will power and dedication to deal with customers and patients. I worked for several years in retail, and it honestly put a sour taste in my soul. However thanks to your team at this location (rosedale) y’all managed to help me with a specific need. Today I was able to pick up the lenses that I needed for my mom’s glasses. I’d like to express my gratitude. They went above and beyond and these individuals were Nick, Celeste, and Britney! All your stores in this corporate business should take note of this review and it shows that people are not dollar signs. Called on a holiday and luckily they were open. Popped a lens and bent the frame. Walked on. Staff was welcoming and professional. Gave my glasses to Brittany and in no time she had everything restored. Relieved my panic as I was getting ready to leave on a vacation. Would totally follow up care with them. PS. Don’t sit on your glasses. lol.

Amazing they really took their time and made it knee what i was getting as far as Frances and lenses go, and the dr also took her time and ensured that my prescription was apt on and that I comprehended everything. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. Nick was amazing and super patient i feel like these will be that glasses I've ever received and the most useful expansion of how everything works.
