The staff and Dr Ali is superclass, highly recommended. They take good care of our kids and are very patient with them. They listen to each & every detail carefully before any recommendation.

Dr Sara Dobbs is awesome. Both our kids have been going to her for many years now. Their office is very well maintained and they do take sick kids on walk-in basic when they have time

Dr.Unson and staff have been great for our family. It just feels so good to visit the doctor and the amount of time and love he shows to all of our kids is a blessing! He is pretty good for offline response and SEBPMG is available 7 days a week for any urgent problems too. Even though we have shifted far away from Fremont, we are not changing our doctor until the kids become adults Appointment and Billing followthroughs are seamless and staff are very pleasant to work with.

South East Bay Pedriatric Medical Group is a wonderful place to have your doctors appointments. For example, there are many employees working on patients' reports and statistics. The doctors there are also very kind and hardworking, giving their patients the best advices that they can give. Therefore, South East Bay Pedriatric Medical Group is a very clean and organized place with many nice doctors and employees.

Stay away from this office. I scheduled three annual check-up appointments for my kids months in advance and specifically asked them to make sure I received reminder text messages before the appointments. Instead, all I got were three "no-show" bills for $50 each. When I called, they falsely claimed that I had opted out of text messages — which is absolutely not true — and then refused to remove the charges because of their "office policy." To make things even worse, when I called to pay, they suddenly told me there was yet another no-show charge for an appointment I was never even informed about. I ended up paying $200 for absolutely nothing. This office is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Be very careful before scheduling anything with them.

The entire staff of South East Bay Pediatrics Group is awesome. All the doctors are super attentive and nurse staff are so caring. It is very easy to schedule appointments and their weekend emergency appointments and after hours service phone lines are clutch. I highly recommend this for your kids.

On 02/24/2026 I brough my 11-year-old son to this pediatrics office for his annual well check. He was visited by Dr. Burke. At this moment I just want to share my experience with the billing office (financial perspective). He also received 3 necessary vaccinations. Today (after two weeks) I looked at my insurance account and realized that the office charged my insurance $ 2,233.00, so, that visit costed my insurance $1635.9!! I contacted the office for the explanation, the billing office does not respond, the front desk did not cooperate to have someone call me to explain the reason for this high charge. When I look more carefully, I realized that the office claimed 20 immunizations some cost $211 and some others $34 to my insurance. Something is NOT right.
