A Family Pharmacy Apple Valley

this place honestly turned my whole day around, and i didnt expect that at all. i walked in feeling pretty frusterated with a prescription issue and teh girl behind the counter immediately stepped in to help. she called my doctor, waited on hold for like ten minutes, and sorted the whole thing out without me even asking. i was ready to just drop it off and leave but they genuinely cared abotu getting it right. everyone there seemed to know thier regulars by name and people were actually laughing and talking, not just standing in silence. the whole process took maybe twenty minutes total for something that would have taken an hour or more anywhere else. i left feeling lighter than i have in weeks and I am absolutely going back here for everything from now on. sorry im writing so much but it really was that nice of a suprise.

honestly i cant say enough good things about this place. i walked in with a complicated prescription issue and they sorted it out in under 5 minutes while i was standing there. the pharmacist remembered me from last time and asked how my knee was doing, that was so nice. they even called my doctor to clarify something without me having to do anything. i dont usually write reviews but this was such a good experience i had to. ill definitely be coming back here for everything from now on.

Very very frustrating. This pharmacy came highly recommended by my husbands dr office, but seems like every prescription he needs, they can't get or don't have. Very disappointed.

I called and left a message (since one could only leave a recorded message in lieu of speaking to a human) regarding a product other pharmacies not having it in stock. Since I don't own a vehicle the trip by bus would take 40 minutes +/-. No one returned my call.

I have had need for a GOOD PHARMACY … But am not from here however I got sidelined here for a minute and in need of their service… I had nothing except problems with all of the others … Somehow I had to go by there and I must say I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! They are helpful they are nice and look my schedule isn’t just ruled by just my schedule …. So I I I I RUN LATE !!!!They are open late I mean they are not on I already closed a half an hour ago and I’m good to go … They are still there for a minute and are still nice to you !!! It is GREAT !!! I think their Customer Service is an AAAA PLUS PLUS !!!

I just recently switched all of my prescriptions from CVS to A Family pharmacy as they are much easier to deal with. It's a small pharmacy family-owned I believe the employees are very friendly The pharmacist is very informed as you should be and friendly. They worked with me for over a week to get all my prescriptions transferred from CVS pharmacy to their pharmacy. They will even deliver at no charge to you.
