RSM Physical Therapy

This group was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon as an option to avoid shoulder surgery. What a great call it turned out to be. The staff is responsive and in a handful of visits they gave me back the confidence I needed to start doing my exercises and regain much of the use of my shoulder without doing surgery. Another thing I appreciated is that they have physical therapy interns there learning the trade under the supervision of the fully trained specialists. Getting to hear how they teach and the detailed explanations about how and why the exercises they have me do to strengthen my shoulder made it more fun and interesting.

Jacob at RSM Physical Therapy was truly exceptional. After seeing multiple physical therapists in the past—including some for the same issue—I had honestly started to lose hope of seeing real results. From my very first visit, Jacob changed that outlook completely. He is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and uses creative, sometimes unconventional techniques that actually delivered the progress I was looking for. Jacob is an excellent listener who truly takes the time to understand your concerns. He maintains a positive and encouraging attitude while also being direct and honest when needed, which helped me stay focused and motivated throughout my treatment. I especially appreciated his patience and calm demeanor, which made every session feel supportive and comfortable. So thankful for this wonderful place. I tore my ACL and meniscus and was having a really hard time physically as well as mentally. Going to PT three times a week can be daunting, however I found myself looking forward to going because the people are so amazing and genuine! I really felt like Colton wanted the best possible outcome for me. He is truly skilled and knowledgeable, as are the other therapists. Shoutout to the aides for their exceptional attitudes, helping me when I couldn’t remember an exercise, and always cleaning something. You can’t go wrong with anyone here.

Colten has been terrific helping me rehab after full thickness tear of rotator cuff. At my 8-week post op Dr. Appointment, my doctor was very happy about my progress to date. He indicated that my progress is very impressive when considering how large the tear was along with the additional bicep tenodisis and SLAP repair. He attributed my success to my PT technician. Not only is Colten very thorough and intentional, but the entire staff is also super supportive and highly focused on taking care of the customer. I am very happy I found RSM Physical Therapy group and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am a pediatric Occupational Therapist and my shoulder injury severely limited my own abilities as a therapist. RSM PT was fantastic with a clean, friendly environment that is ever personal. All the staff are knowledgeable and were super helpful. They were able to help me get back on my bike once again after suffering from a traumatic tibia plateau fracture which required two surgeries. Colton was fantastic through the whole process and helped push me through the recovery process to get my range of motion and mobility back.
