We were on time for the appointment and we didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. The doctor was very informative and we had the opportunity to ask him questions. The medication was called into the pharmacy. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The whole experience was easy and very pleasant. Thank you!

Impeccable care from the entire team I needed to see a pulmonologist and I was really impressed by the care from all the professionals involved. From the front desk staff, who were incredibly kind and efficient with scheduling, to the nursing team that prepared me for the exams with so much care and attention. The doctor was extremely compassionate: listened to all my concerns patiently, explained every detail of the diagnosis without rushing, and answered all my questions clearly. I left the appointment feeling supported, informed, and confident about my treatment plan. You can tell this is a team that truly works together and cares about patients. The office is organized, punctual, and the care was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality lung care!

Time attended for my entire appointments was brief, nothing exciting. The front and back office displayed professionalism and core competency. The waiting area is pleasant for an individual to wait for an appointment. The nose clamps used for lung and breathing test hurt me, which is something to reference as currently unrelated to medical office quality. The building the medical office is located within is beautiful. Curb space at the buildings front seemed to be crowded with cars during both my appointments.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. My appointment was scheduled on time I love the way the office is set up and clean. The doctor is awesome caring and understand her position I'll give her a 10 thank you California Long association for your care and support.

I thought Dr. Kim was very standoffish and not very helpful. She didn’t appear to be interested in assisting me after she found out that I was an extra drug addict is she seemed to be like almost a verbally attacking me with her line of questioning and her statement and her unwillingness to really do everything in the scope of her power medically to assist me in feeling better and getting to the surgery that I needed to lose weight I even asked her about steroids that helped open up the heart, and I mean the lung and she refused just very standoffish and it was very offputting however, Cindy the nurse was absolutely amazing. It’s a shame when you get a good nurse that stuck with a bad doctor cause what do you do?
