From our first visit to the sleep study’s performed. All the staff was so courteous and professional in all departments. Thank you especially to Margarita for her diligence and courtesy to ensure we were taken care of! We love Dr Sandhu with her excellent bedside manner and direct approach!
Dr. Bansal was quite professional, kind, and very patient with me. She didn't rush through the visit. She made me feel I was important and she sincerely wanted to help me find good solutions to my difficulties. She gave me great advice, that I used at home.....and they worked !! As I left the appointment she said " I'm just a phone call away if there is anything you need help with " She's a shining example to her profession.
Dr. Bansal was knowledgeable and listened to all of our concerns. Her staff was amazing from the time we walked in, tell the time we left. Very professional establishment and treated us kindly.
Dr. Bansal is phenomenal, she listens & truly cares about each of us as patients. You will never feel like just another number at her office. My favorite part of being her patient is that she listens to all my concerns, patiently answers all my questions & works to find the strategy of care that works individually for you. It is much too difficult to find a great specialist in our county, I am so thankful she serves the patients in our community. There is a bit of a wait time, but this only speaks as a testament of her being the specialist people trust, trust me the wait will be worth it. The office wait area is somewhat small, but it is clean & I appreciate that they require masks. You can also request phone consultations, which will sometimes require your patience, call & remind the office if you don’t receive the call on time. Then be patient because she will call, because she actually cares.
