I have to tell you, I'm disappointed and feel like the employees or in this case, I believe offshore virtual assistants misrepresented what was going on. After reading some of Mollaei Law's website, I quickly figured out that Mr. Mollaei's first name is Sam. I called and asked for Sam. The young lady told me that he was not available at the moment, but she could schedule a meeting with him at 2pm the same day. I thought that was great as I had a few specific questions I wanted to ask him. At 2pm, I joined the Zoom meeting and was greeted by a gentleman from the sales department appeared. I told him that I had a meeting with Sam. He told me that Sam doesn't meet with clients, and that I must go through the process of dealing with the staff. Although they didn't say it, I don't think that I would have ever been able to speak with the attorney, Sam. I felt like the whole thing was a bait and switch. Needless to say, I am frustrated as this was a waste of my time.
