So far, I’ve encountered some genuinely kind and professional people, which has been reassuring. I’ll admit, some of the negative comments scared me a little, but I’m choosing to stay positive while also being transparent about my own experience. I’m hopeful that everything works out in my favor. I’m simply looking for a smooth process: no unnecessary waiting for my check, no unexpected interest, no lack of communication, and no unnecessary BS or surprise policies. By the way, their office is absolutely stunning—clean, professional, comfortable, and very accommodating. So far, my experience has been positive, and I’m hoping it stays that way. 🙏✨

I hired Strategic Legal Practices for a California lemon law case involving my Audi e-tron GT, and my experience has been very frustrating. My concerns include inaccurate filings, missed deadlines, delayed communication (with myself and opposing counsel), unclear settlement guidance, and a lack of clear direction regarding upcoming hearings and next steps. I raised concerns early that the complaint filed in my case appeared to include facts that did not match the actual issues with my vehicle. I also repeatedly followed up regarding settlement questions, mileage calculations, reimbursement issues, and court dates. The defense attorneys even requested court sanctions against SLP. What makes this more frustrating is that SLP’s own website advises consumers to choose a lemon law attorney who is a good communicator, keeps clients informed, listens to concerns, and answers questions promptly. That was not my experience. To make this even worse 3 of the attorneys and partner that worked on my case left the law firm. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the State Bar of California regarding my concerns with the handling of my case. I would not use this firm again and would not recommend them based on my experience. Read the reviews online and do a good search for the company and the Managing Partner and Founder of the law firm Payam Shahian.

My case went well. I have a settlement coming. Been waiting several months for settlement check. SLP answering service for settlements dept is below par. Takes over a week for a call back, they do not respond to emails. I feel ghosted by the settlement dept. FYI

By far the worst experience ever! I have a court date set for August 2026. Mind you, I learned about the court date through my own research. This law firm did not notify me what so ever. I have not heard back from this awful law firm. They consistently text me about a client portal which I have never had access to. They have refused to return my calls. I have been leaving voicemails and emails since June 24, 2026 regarding the upcoming court hearing. I was even on hold for 4 hours just to be hung up on once I started to complain about my experience. Their minion team makes promises that the attorney on my case will personally call me. Never was given a name. The call back never happened. Communications are horrible. Customer service is terrible. I regret hiring this firm. My next step is filing a formal complaint to the California BAR.

They seemed good at first...but now I have not had a call back for 3 months to discuss documents that they sent me to sign regarding the case. I have sent endless emails, phone messages and even the person in their docusign department has reached out to supervisors. ZERO RESPONSE! I don't want to sign something without a lawyer advising me what I am signing. Maybe they will see this review and have a lawyer contact me.

While the case did eventually get resolved, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. The biggest issue was trying to coordinate the vehicle surrender. When it came time to turn in my car, the dealership couldn’t get in touch with the legal team at all. Calls kept going unanswered, or they were stuck in a queue with no callback. This caused a delay of over two weeks, which was frustrating and completely avoidable. In the end, I had to work directly with the dealership to handle the surrender and then send the completed paperwork to the lawyers myself. Even the dealership made multiple attempts to contact them and had the same experience—no response. The outcome itself was fine, but the lack of communication, urgency , promised timeline and coordination made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. Better responsiveness and clearer guidance would have made a huge difference. 25 months from start to finish for my claim.

Don't use this company! They lack poor communication, they don't return phone calls, when they do its only to give a bunch of excuses with no results. They have been "handling" my case for over 2yrs now, I don't have any court case information and they continue to say they are setting up a mediation (stall tactic) and nothing When you request a call to speak directly with your legal counsel you never get a call back. I plan on report them for ineffective counsel to the California Bar Association for a formal complaint and for possible disbarment. I wouldn't put it pass them to have inside people post positive review to try and disguise their poor quality service.
