I called Bay Legal PC, and was assigned to Clarence Olson, he was very pleasant. He indicated I may have a problem for signing the invoices. After he reviewed the invoices & other documents. The next step he sent me a draft of a Demand Letter, which show much of his knowledge of the law. I approved for him to send the letter to the firm. From that time he worked with opposing council. It did not take very long to settle & everyone was happy did not have to go to court, see a judge or pay court fees. Over all Clarence did a great job!

We had the pleasure of speaking with our Estate Planning Attorney, Sivendra Maraj from Bay Legal, PC. He gave us a clear explanation of complex topics such as Trust vs. Probate, clarified the roles like Trustee, Successor Trustee, Executor, and the Pour Over Will. Additionally, he gave us concrete and detailed instructions on how to process the title for future properties directly into the Trust or our own preference. He also shared his personal information on why he became an Attorney. Jayson and his team was great when he helped me construct my short-term rental contract for my business. He was diligent. He was responsive and he was timely. Disappointed with the experience here. There was miscommunication around the scheduled time for our first call, which made coordination unnecessarily difficult from the start. We paid $250 for an initial consultation, and the attorney (Rachael) was late to that call — not a great first impression when you're paying for time. After that, we had ongoing trouble getting a clear, updated scope of representation for a complex case, despite multiple follow-up emails. After significant delay, Rachael's team finally responded to let us know the matter was outside their skillset and they could not represent us. This could have been communicated much sooner, and the delay cost us valuable time on a time-sensitive matter.

Marie was super helpful and really seemed to understand our situation. We haven't signed on yet because it's a big financial commitment, but I definitely feel that Bay Legal would be the best choice for our case. Cost is upfront and transparent.
