After much hunting, asking neighbors, combing through listings, etc. I came across Att. Kurt Elkins. We found Kurt to be very knowledgeable and willing to provide us with almost immediate appointments, and an understanding of how the problems could best be solved. He is patient, his explanations are clearly stated, and his expenses are reasonable What more could you want when seeking an Attorney?

I found Mr Elkins through referral. He was courteous and approachable when I first spoke with him on the phone. Very workable to schedule a mutual time to meet in person. I give him five stars because he was unbiased by asking tough questions when he was going through my case. I really appreciate that because his questions also helped me understand my case further and plan different strategies. I first contacted this attorney in April after reading a plethora of good reviews. I noticed some bad ones that read pretty much like mine is going to read, but i jad figured at the time that it was just picky people and their sour grapes. It would unfortunatelybe the exact experience I would have with him. I spoke with him on the phone and in person, then hired him based on the expectation that he would represent my interests professionally. After paying his fee, I experienced the exact opposite. Communication became virtually nonexistent. My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, and I have been left completely in the dark about my matter. Months later, I still have not received a refund, an accounting of the fees I paid, or even the courtesy of a response explaining what is going on. Being ignored after paying an attorney is unacceptable. If an attorney is too busy or unwilling to handle a case, the professional thing to do is communicate with the client, provide an accounting, and resolve the matter—not disappear. This has been one of the most frustrating professional experiences I've had. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this attorney.
