Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I can never go long without craving some of Red Robins wings and bottomless fries. Food was great as usual. Turkey burger was delicious. Only issue was with the level of ice in my drink. I went through each water really quick. Positive remarks besides that

I really enjoyed getting the Towering Double Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders yesterday. My last visit to this Reb Robin was in January of last year. I feel nostalgic coming here yesterday. That Bryssa girl who served me was nice, had good customer service, and was pretty. Not much to really say about this Red Robin. I recommend coming to this one in particular; the waiters are very friendly and they engage with you.👍👍👍

I put in an order for pick up and I paid for extra fries. These are the fries I received. They are old, cold and disgusting. I cannot believe the staff thought it was acceptable to serve this to someone. I also ordered the honey mustard and there is clearly an ingredient missing. It doesn't taste the same, looks off and is watery. I paid $40 to treat myself and this is what I received. Do not go here, save your money What a disappointment.

This particular visit was somewhat disappointing. The waitress was long, french fries were not fresh. But our waiter made sure the next batch was hot n fresh. The last few visits however were pretty good.

What happened here? We ended up just sharing the fries off my plate. We replaced the chips with a salad so no problem but why would someone bring burned chips out to a customer? The burgers tasted good as always but for real? Look at those! Haha. Ridiculous. I will go back though. This time was just - why?

It’s a mixed experience, I visit this place because it’s close to my work, I went there for branch, they opened sharply 11am, a nice beautiful young girl welcoming me, enough space, nice decorum but no music, light is perfect, I order a hot honey crispy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and drink, it’s taken 15 minutes, they make it fresh and delicious, I feel it’s good enough for me and I feel the difference between other burger or sandwich shops the difference. Prices is really high, for a sandwich and drink i need to spend $25 + bucks
