What a great company to work with Very professional they cleaned up after themselves very respectful. They did a great job. I talked to the owner Ed he was amazing Really helped me a lot and work with me. He gave me the best deal and I really appreciate people like that and I will be using them again. The two technicians Jacob and Derian that did all the work were amazing young men they were here for four days And I was very impressed with their work, their ethic, and how respectful and polite they were. If I ever need any further, electrical needs, I will for sure. Ask for them. Thank you so much, AAA Electrical. It’s very refreshing these days to find a company that you can trust. We wanted a EV charger installed, and Jake came out and installed it for us. He was quick and clean with the installation process. Very good at his craft. He was very polite and picked up after his mess. I would recommend them for their services!

Had an electrical overload issue pop up. A GFI also failed so items on those circuits didn't have electrical power (how we noticed the issues). AAA Electeical Services was out that same day to troubleshoot the issue. Replaced the faulty GFI and looked at the overall load on that circuit. I had already suspected to spread the loading in the garage before they came. They even suggested putting in a separate circuit for the new High Efficiency Gas Hot Water Heater too so that it would have it's own circuit breaker to spread the electrical load even more. Installed that new circuit in just a couple of hours! SAFETY FIRST and all up to code! Many thanks!

I'm going to file with the BBB, and dispute the diagnostic charge since there was no diagnostic done. I'll state the facts here and you can decide for yourself if you think you should use these people. I called at 9pm because I lost energy to my whole house after I tripped my dryer outlet. I couldn't get the main breaker to reset which I thought was bad. I called AAA, explained all the facts, and they said they could come out tonight, and would charge an additional fee because it was short notice/late night. I said that was fine. They said it would be $366 to come out and diagnosis the issue. They showed up, without even looking at anything additional, they said it would be $2,200 dollars to fix! Very shady business. I said no thank you, they then said they were going to charge me the $366 anyways. I called an electrician the next day, and he walked me through the issue with my main breaker and helped me get it reset. FOR FREE. It took 10 minutes. These guys tried to charge me $2,200. Absolutely no integrity. Don't trust these guys.

Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to get someone out fast. Communication was clear, expectations were set upfront, and the technician arrived right on time. Kerry took the time to show me the issue with my pool panel box and not just explain the replacement that was needed. I also asked for a quote on another issue, which he gladly provided without any pressure. The pool panel was replaced at what seemed like a fair price, and everything was working again just in time for the warm weather. A small timer adjustment was needed afterward, and they responded right away, sent the technician back out, and made it right. They stood behind their work and followed through taking care of the issue. The technician and his helper were professional and knowledgeable, this issue was was not something I wanted to deal with; they did a great job taking care of it. I highly recommend this company for all electrical repairs (since they did a great job with my pool electrical repairs).

Dante was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t make me feel dumb for an easy fix and he helped me move a lot of boxes around. Very kind.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the second time I’ve used AAA Electrical Services, and once again they exceeded my expectations. My home was built in 1990, and I recently ran into an issue with one of my circuit breakers that was cutting power to part of the house. It was incredibly frustrating—especially when you’re not sure what’s causing the problem. Kenny came out on a Sunday morning, which I truly appreciated. It’s not easy to find reliable service on a weekend, and his willingness to help right away already made a great impression. He was pleasant, professional, and very considerate from the moment he arrived. Kenny performed thorough diagnostics, quickly identified the issue in my power box, and clearly explained what was happening in a way that was easy to understand. His knowledge and confidence were reassuring. Best of all, he was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Beyond the repair, he also took the time to recommend some future updates my home may need, which I found extremely helpful given the age of the house. There was no pressure—just honest, professional advice. AAA Electrical Services continues to deliver dependable, high-quality service.
