Cosmic comfort gave us the best experience ever. The team of Kevin white sales service was great. The installation by Freddy Rojas was amazing. They did a clean job, very professional as well. We recommend cosmic comfort for everyone. Thanks again cosmic comfort.
Cosmic Comfort installed a 30 amp RV receptacle and an interlock kit for a home generator. The estimate itself was free, and the dollar amount was very reasonable. Adam offered me several options regarding aesthetics, which I appreciated. They finished the project well before the estimated completion time, and gave my wife and I a detailed explanation on how to utilize the installed devices. All of the employees we met were friendly and professional. I was so impressed that I switched our HVAC servicing to Cosmic Comfort. We highly recommend this company for HVAC or electrical work (including solar maintenance).
Anthony from Cosmic Comfort was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on with our AC unit and the different options available. We decided to go with the unit refresh, and he had everything up and running within a couple of hours. We really appreciated his honesty, expertise, and great customer service. I highly recommend Cosmic Comfort and especially Anthony for anyone needing AC repair or maintenance!
We have had a wonderful experiences with Cosmic Comfort. We initially had them over to quote pricing for universal EV charging setup with the two young men, Jose & Issac, providing excellent explanation of process and cost breakdown. Issac the technician installed the system with perfectly without any unnecessary additional holes. They provide additional complementary ac tuning. Luis was also respectful and excellent in explaining our system and it's current condition. We surely recommend Cosmic Comfort.
The Techs who performed the work were top notch. The office staff is very poor. I received no call on when the techs would arrived , had more work to get done never got a return call so all the work could get done at once. Only got a 3 cause of the Techs. For the office staff if you're going to use AI you should pay attention to it.
