We recently had the pleasure of working with Direct Electrical Company, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the outstanding service we received. Justin and Juan were absolutely phenomenal. It was a very simple and easy very small project. Had a Tesla Wall charger installed utilizing a 60Amp breaker. It got done quick fast and in a hurry (without sacrificing any quality work/inspection). The worker was very friendly and held conversations throughout the task at hand. I highly recommend this company. Great quality work performed. Thank you!

William was awesome. We had a rush install. Our busy schedules made it tough to get estimates. William must have been on overtime when he came by for the estimate. Then he did the same when it was time to do the install. He walked us through the process and let us know what was going on at every step. I highly recommend William and Direct Electric.

John & Cody worked in the dark to finish the job! I am so glad I chose a local company & from the time I met installer till work was finished was only 5 days very pleased I would take a picture but it's dark now. LED lights replaced flourescent bulbs have not worked in 10 yrs thx aydan

Great experience with William Torres over at Direct Electric Company. He was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot my issue within under an hour. Being Tesla certified was a plus and he was able to advise on the current state of my electrical system and provide viable suggestions for upgrades. He presented and conducted himself in a manner befitting a professional electrical technician. The whole experience working with Direct Electric Company was top notch, from the initial estimate visit to the install. For the initial estimate, they did a thorough inspection of what was in place talked to me about what I would need and why. No high pressure sales, just an informative session providing clear information about what a whole house fan system would do for me, details about the install, and other items I would need for the system to operate properly. Scheduling was a breeze. Everything done via text and email with clear communication all along. On installation day, the team showed up on time, were very clear about what they were going to do and then they went to work. They work fast and clean. Couldn't even tell they had been to the house, other than the fact I now had a house that was cooler and will require less AC during the summer. Very satisfied with the experience.

Highly recommend David D. at Direct Electric Company! He was incredibly professional and patient while walking me through all of my options for a whole house fan and attic fan. What really stood out was his communication. He returned calls very promptly before the installation, and his customer service didn't stop once the job was done. When I called with a post-installation concern about a creaking sound, he followed up right away to make sure everything was correct (it turned out to be a non-issue). It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness and after-care. Truly appreciated his help!
