Quality Green Gardening and Landscaping

They came highly recommended and we called them to come out and give an estimate for a midsize backyard renovations. Ozzy came by, gave great recommendations, and had a super professional vibe. After that visit, we were totally ghosted. I followed up with their offices multiple times, and never heard back from them. This is not ok! They should have the professional courtesy to decline the project. 2 stars for giving the recommendations, which we incorporated into our final design.

The company says it was founded in 2017 by Ozzy and serves areas including Los Altos, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga, and Los Gatos. Quality Green Gardening

We had a small to medium sized landscaping work (side yard concrete + turf), irrigation and lighting work and it was hard to get someone who could do these at a reasonable cost . I got a quote from Quality Green and Ozzy worked with me on various options and even suggested when it made sense for him to buy materials at wholesale rates. The project got done promptly within a week and the space looks great. The entire team was super professional and would definitely use their services again when needed!

I just started using quality green and I am very happy… Very detailed and my backyard never looked better. Very happy with the work. Also, you only need to inform them of what you want once and it gets done. Very professional and will keep using them for sure. Highly recommend.

I’ve only had two services but so far have been VERY happy. The team doing my yard have been professional, communicate (yes, they actually talk with me - and listen - love that) and have been very thorough. I chose Quality Green because I did not want a mow, blow, and go company but rather someone who pays attention to the needs of my low water, no lawn yard and so far I am thrilled.

My experience is consistent with the low reviews on lack of responsiveness. I’ve tried working with them twice, first for landscape design and 2nd to install the design (which I got from another much more communicative designer). Always feels like I’m chasing them. They’re agreeable when they actually respond but there is no follow up and my voicemails or emails just went into a black hole. Thanks for wasting my time.

We had very weird experience. Called them for a quote for lawns replacement, one patio fix and one more new patio addition. They showed up on time, spent about 30 minutes, had some great suggestions and overall made great impression. We asked for the quote and also pictures of some similar recent works - which they enthusiastically promised. After one week passed, I texted Mark, asking when we can expect quote to come in. He didn't replied and I asked again next day... Well - never heard back from them a single word. Extremely puzzling - even if they didn't want to work with us, it would be ok to say something like "sorry, we have too many projects and fully booked for next year". But just nothing...
