Fresno Locksmith Service - Car Unlock, Lost Key Replacement, Rekey Lock, And House Door Unlock

Locked our self out of the house at 8:30pm, called to ask about the service and used texts to get details and send someone out to me. They were very attentive and fast with responding and even got someone who wasn’t working to come out to me due to the expected technician running behind and we were back in our house in minutes. A little pricey but it was after hours so it was expected😅. Definitely a good company to work with will definitely use them again if needed!

Veryyy unprofessional they don’t have good customer service skills and can’t answer simple questions don’t even try with them. They’re giving out false advertising and very rude. My key broke off and it says they fix keys on the website I called and it told me to text the number. Then from there they went as far as asking for my car model and adress and what I needed done. And I told them why I needed first. After the other questions. Just for them to tell me they can’t come. And deal with a dealer and have a good night. They could tell me that from the start now they have my location for no reason. And I ask for the number to the dealer they couldn’t even give it to me they said they sent directors.

I lost my key for my truck in Sanger on a Sunday. They came out same day and got me a new key! The process was quick and smooth. Highly recommend if you ever lost your keys!

Very poor customer service. Rip off price of $350 that was said over the phone. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. He later has called our office and Threaten one of our staff with harassment. For sure do not do business with this company. I would give absolutely NO STAR. Zero for bad behavior, rip off price and rude personality.

Lost my car key and called them, they came out same day and made a brand new key for my car. I would absolutely recommend them to All all my family and friends. Great job!
