Gabriel was fantastic. Showed up as scheduled and programmed a duplicate key in about 45 min for $160. Dealer quoted me $520 for this service!

Shawn did an amazing job came super speedy in 35 minutes and was super quick to unlock my car 😊 He was very nice and retrieved my keys I left in the middle console. I paid 120 dollars kind of pricy but you can’t beat the convenience, great lesson to not forget or leave my keys ever again 🤣

This place is an assault to your wallet!!! Just this afternoon, I called to ask for a locksmith to install a smart lock (that we already had!) at our home in Berkeley. A couple of minutes later I get a call from a guy named "Jordan", saying that he would in the house within 2h max. I thought "great", "quick and efficient". Jordan arrived at my house at 2:30pm (pic attached) and gave me a call saying he was outside. My husband and he went on the installation details, and I could not believe that he was asking for $300 (for the installation) + $150 for 1h labor. We thought it was outrageous and should have said "No, thank you", but the guy was already here, and we really needed the door to be safe - so we let him do the job. 1h and 40min later Jordan leaves our home without cleaning the mess (pictures attached) he made, and asks for $591! $591 for: - a smart lock installation that was already purchased by US - a hole that was wrongly measured, so he could no longer screw the metal piece that comes with the lock - a mess - 40min (charged as 50min) = more than the estimate - $12 more than it should have been (1h40min it's not 1h50min) - a bunch of excuses to explaining why he couldn't install the metal piece on top of that hole - my husband had to help me align the lock - $29 for the call?!?! This is ridiculous!!!

I wish I could give these guys 0 stars bc they deserve it! The technician had no respect for my property "this being my car" and was very aggressive at breaking apart my steering column to do his job. He damaged the interior with no care, he said he couldn't get to a bolt so he had to do what he had to do. I personally told him to stop and he didn't, I let him know I've taken it off before but his time was to precious. I have been on the phone multiple times to try and resolve this issue but nobody seems to care and they tell me a technician will call me back. Please choose another locksmith, this company has no morals and no respect!! I've keep the dash and interior very clean for being a 20 year old car, now it has scratches that can't be fixed all bc of an impatient locksmith

Poor professionalism from the start. Late in arriving by an hour, didn’t even call ahead. Walked up to the door talking to someone else on the phone. Lock was rekeyed fine. However left a huge gouge on my newly painted door. And Roy I’m not your bro. Didn’t clean up and left the doors greasy. Guy that showed up used Hero Locksmith forms.
