Rooter Man Plumbing

Jorge who did most of the work was very professional, obviously experienced and skilled. He explained everything carefully so that we Clearly understood what was going on and what they were doing and why. He and his team worked quickly, managed to always end the day with us able to use our bathrooms and kept our whole backyard area, clean as possible. And when they were done, it looked better than when they started. They even gave us extra video so that we could talk to the city about the connection to the main sewer. I would recommend Rooter Man without reservation!

The absolute nicest guy! He took his time with me to explain the problem and helped me with getting a good video so that I could explain it to my family members as well. Lovely person, knowledgeable and seemed very trustworthy and transparent. Because the line couldn’t be fixed immediately due to a tree root causing the pipe to collapse they offered the service today for free. Wow! Great experience.

We have used Boris with Rooter Man on 3 different occasions, and every experience has been outstanding. Boris is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain the issue and the best solution. He arrives on time, completes the work efficiently, and always leaves everything clean when he’s finished. It’s hard to find someone you can trust, but Boris has consistently provided excellent service and quality workmanship. We truly appreciate his reliability and Rooter Man is who we mow always go to! Highly recommend Boris and Rooter Man!

Honest to god just call these guys. Their plumber came out the same day I called, fixed a leak in my wall that was driving me mad all week. The price was super fair and he even cleaned up all the drywall dust before he left which definately made my wife happy. Friendly guys, they got the job done fast and it has been working great ever since I would recomend them to anyone in the area who needs a quick fix. Really solid work all around nothing bad to say at all.

I can't begin to say how amazing George Perez was. He is an amazing plumber. He shared photos and videos with me every step of the way he was honest his work was completed really swiftly and he communicated every part of the job. I am definitely going to use this company again as they are transparent they move quick and they have great pricing. A tree root grew into my plumbing pipes it was pretty expensive but had to be done. If you're looking for a great honest plumbing company definitely call them.

If there was an ability for me to give MORE than FIVE Stars, I would have! This company and the serviceman, Jorge P., were amazing! First of all, they text you a picture of what the serviceman looks like. Then, they also include the vehicle's number and information. Everything is transparent, upfront, and informative. Especially for us ladies, it is a reassuring thing to our loved ones that a company gives upfront information like this. They offered me same day service, kept communication with me, provided a thorough inspection, with a detailed estimation. Jorge P., the repairman, went above and beyond what the other plumbers who have been here in the past did. He was cordial, polite, personable, professional, and discovered issues that no one had found before. Their vehicles are fully stocked with all types of tools and equipment, too. Jorge P., at Rooter Man Plumbing, was so prepared! I cannot write enough good things about the experience I had. I HIGHLY recommend this company, particularly, Mr. Jorge! Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.

Online scheduling was easy to use, the arrived in the time window scheduled and called ahead of time. Also someone was always available to pick up the phone. The prices matched what they told me they would and they did a great job. Rick was friendly and informative!
