The nurses here are fantastic and I loved all of them. That being said, I waited two hours to be seen. I had this appointment for at least a month before I went in. The doctor spent maybe 3 minutes in my room before he left, after telling me they couldn’t help me there and I would have to see a specialist in Fresno due to my weight and a previous c-section. I live in Visalia. I already made the 35 minute drive out to Reedley and ultimately it was for nothing. I also stated multiple times that I was in pain, and nothing was done about that. It was hardly acknowledged. The nurse took it very seriously but the doctor hardly reacted upon hearing about the pain. I was so frustrated, disappointed, and in pain that I began crying when the nurse came to tell me they wanted to see me again in a month if I couldn’t get transferred to another hospital in time. This was such a disappointment and waste of a day. Bianca and my intake nurse were really helpful, it was just a very frustrating experience.
I went to this clinic and had an appointment at 3:15 pm and I was waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes in a room. I asked them why the Dr didn't come and they told me that in a few more minutes he would come because some people had arrived without an appointment. So what's the point of having an appointment? I asked them if they give them preference over those who don't have one. I do not recommend this clinic, the wait is very long and for the Dr alone to last 5 minutes.
will never comeback here ever again. staff if ridiculous to work with. they love to tell you no they can’t do something without an explanation. they are rude. never ever again will i be coming here. i would rather go anywhere else. they tried to tell me that someone was trying to look for me and they were calling me yet im sitting in the office the whole time and they’re calling everyone BUT me. so now when i went up to the window its oh "they were looking bc or you did you leave" no lady. i have been sitting here listen to you call everyone. never again will i come here like i said.
Horrible place to go!!! Super unprofessional and no type of empathy... my whole experience has been horrible.. my last appointment there was August 26th i had appointment at 9am checked in at 8:45 i didn't get seen until 11:49 just to get into with OB Eperjesi He is rude loud and so unprofessional . It just been a horrible experience then the send me out to fresno and they still giving me a run around not knowing what's going on with my referral it's a horrible clinic
Honestly very upsetting and frustrating environment. They ask you to come 15 mins ahead of time yet you’re still waiting for almost three hours to only be seen for what feels like 5 minutes and even that feels rushed. I was feeling depressed while postpartum so i made the check up and seen they were putting others before me although they said only one was ahead. It was a very disappointing feeling seeing they don’t care about the wellbeing of a patient. Especially when I have my baby with me because I can’t find a babysitter & it seems like they think our time doesn’t matter.
I have been a patient at this clinic for over 15+ years. While I initially had reservations when they became affiliated with Adventist in 2011-2012, I was pleased that local healthcare and our familiar providers were retained in Reedley. I have consistently seen the same doctor; on occasion, I have seen other providers but refrain from making them my primary as I am committed to my provider. I acknowledge that some appointments have involved extended wait times or required rescheduling due to unforeseen emergencies on their end. Despite these instances, I remain committed. I am very satisfied with my provider's professionalism. I have observed staff changes over the years, and I believe they consistently retain individuals who create a welcoming atmosphere. Therefore, I would encourage you to consider them for your healthcare needs. We all experience challenging days, and our providers do too. If you encounter any concerns, I recommend discussing them directly with the clinic (talk with a different doctor or a different nurse), as they are committed to improving your visits.
I’m very happy with my Dr! He answers all questions and he’s very good. The staff is also very good. Everyone at this place is just great. I appreciate everyone. My surgery with Dr. Dominguez and his staff went very successful and I am very very happy about that. My at home recovery is going well also and I would like to thank God for covering everything according to his plan I am very very happy where God led me thank you everyone!
