I had a problem with the IRS which required legal expertise and experience dealing with the IRS organization. I retained the services of Segal, Cohen and Landis. My first introductory communication was with Sam Landis, partner of the firm. Subsequently I sent them all pertinent documents and paperwork. Sam appointed a legal team that worked with me. They have been very responsive and action oriented. They solved the problem in less than 8 weeks. Working with this legal firm has been a very positive experience and I highly recommend this firm whenever people have issues/challenges with the IRS.

I had a question and scheduled a consultation with Samuel Landis. He was on time, kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He addressed my concerns, provided details, and said there was no issue, and no need to retain an attorney. He could have easily told me he would look over my returns, etc, and advise me after, for a fee....but he didn't. He told me to reach out to him with any other questions. Then, answered a few additional questions, responding immediately. I highly recommend him. He is experienced, AND honest. He gave me peace of mind...that's invaluable.
