Quick! Great good communication with all involved. Always sucks when something breaks or needs to be repkaced but allbritten made it pleasant. From the call taker, to the great sales associate/technician Mr Kent who explained everything and took his time, and great install technicians the Mejia brothers who were friendly and personable explaining things as they went. Three work days from sale to install; maybe approx 12 hours in total for new working ac unit. Unit quite and working excellent with modern thermostat which can be controlled anytime. Great price and work. Definitely recommend.

Great customer service is at the fore front of Allbritten. John and Junior replaced 3 exhaust fans in my home, as well as a dimmer switch and recommended surge protector. They were in and out in no time and cleaned up like they were never there! John is an excellent electrician and took the time to explain all repairs. I’ve become an Allbriten member as well!

Alex G. came out to help us with our slow-draining kitchen sink, broken garbage disposal, and leaky bathroom pipe. He was friendly and knowledgable, explained the problems clearly. He laid out all our options and helped us decide on the best route to take, taking into consideration future remodeling plans we had. He was thorough in replacing the old pipes and explained the process after each completion. He was very polite and clean. We would highly recommend Alex and their company!

Beware of High Quotes for Simple Repairs I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience so other homeowners can make informed decisions. Recently, an outdoor faucet broke off, leaving the threaded portion lodged inside the pipe. While I’m not a plumber, I am fairly handy and immediately understood what the repair involved. My assessment was that the job would likely require a pipe extraction tool and some patience. The only reason I contacted a plumbing company was because I didn’t own the specialized tool needed to remove the broken threads safely and didn’t want to risk damaging the pipe. When I called Allbritten to schedule service, I explained that the broken faucet had forced me to shut off the water supply to my entire house. I was told a technician would need to evaluate the situation before a price could be provided. The technician arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After looking at the issue, he told me he had performed this exact repair many times before. He then went to his truck to prepare a quote using the company’s pricing system. When he returned, he spent several minutes explaining the repair and describing its potential complexity. While I appreciated the explanation, I was already familiar with the nature of the repair and simply wanted to know the cost. I asked for the price and was given a range of more than $500 on the low end and more than $800 on the high end. I asked what the charge would be if the repair turned out to be straightforward and only took a few minutes. I was told the company uses flat-rate pricing rather than billing based on the actual time required. The technician offered to contact his supervisor to see whether the price could be adjusted. I declined the repair based solely on the quoted cost. To be clear, I have no criticism of the technician. He was polite, professional, and respectful throughout the visit. I paid the service-call fee and we parted on good terms. Afterward, I went to Home Depot, purchased a pipe extractor kit for less than $15, returned home, and removed the broken threads myself in under 10 minutes. The repair went exactly as I expected. My concern is not with the technician but with a pricing model that can produce a quote of $500 to $800+ for a repair that ultimately required a $15 tool and a few minutes of labor. I also couldn’t help but wonder whether the fact that my home’s water was shut off may have influenced the quote, since homeowners in that situation are often under pressure to get the problem resolved immediately. I fully respect that skilled tradespeople deserve to be compensated fairly for their expertise, and many plumbing repairs are difficult, time-consuming, and worth every penny. However, based on my experience, this quote seemed completely disconnected from the actual scope of work involved. My advice to other homeowners is simple: get multiple estimates, ask detailed questions about pricing, and don’t assume that an expensive quote necessarily reflects a complicated repair. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
