Got here signed up and got my blood drawn in few minutes. Staff always been nice and accomodating. This is my favorite location.

Today's visit was ok. I went to the panama location and it was packed. So I go to brimhall location and also packed. Almost an hour late by at least the phlebo had an easy touch when drawing my blood. Shout out to you Bri!

Staff is wonderfully polite but I don't know if it's that they are disorganized or what but, for the second time they have lost my orders. Now I'm forced to wait until my Dr opens to resend so I can get my fasting labs done! I won't be back.

This used to be my favorite lab But I came in and moved my chair to b more comfortable and the girl at the window asked me to move it back after asking my name? I said why cause they are set up weird and she says we don't go into places and move furniture around. I thought she was Very Rude. We will see how the rest goes.....well the rest went smoothly and painfree. I will continue to come here.

Came in for my 3rd time today and got seen in minutes. I’m usually someone who hates needles so I’m glad labs are usually an in-and-out process. But today’s staff member who took my labs (Lacey) was very empathetic and made the process more welcoming; as well as made my embarrassing fear for needles much less fearful. Not that my previous visits were unsatisfactory, but it felt very dull/rushed during those times. Glad today came with a much more comfortable dialogue and an overall good atmosphere.

Having an appointment ahead of time really streamlines the system. Normally the wait is reasonable. The staff is efficient….. but currently absorbing the change in ownership to Labcorp which rocks the boat a little. Now they ask for credit card up front which is new and UNDESIRABLE since insurance will pay. I always use this lab and location….,,,, that sums up my review.

This place did an amazing job and I was there less than 20 mins.
