Jesse arrived to maintain our HVAC systems. He was patient and respectful. He kept me apprised of his progress as he tended to each portion of his agenda. He impresses me as a bright, attentive young man, interested and motivated to provide good quality service. I hope he returns when our system need the next servicing.

DO NOT USE MONARCH HOME SERVICES! We replaced our heating and air conditioning with them 4 years ago. Two weeks after install, we had solar put on the house. The solar company replaced out electrical panel, and said the wire running to our AC was too small. Monarch said they were wrong. Then the county inspector came and said the same thing, and it was a fire hazard. Monarch said he was wrong. I sent a picture of the wire to Monarch, they said they would have someone at the house in an hour. We have had to replace the condensor and evaporator in our AC unit. They are now telling us our duct work is leaking and too small, and want us to pay them $24,000 to replace it all. It was fine 4 years ago when they installed the new units. They technician says they just discovered static pressure and didn't know about it 4 years ago. When they sold us our unit they said it was oversized for our square footage. Now they say it isn't big enough. Use anyone but Monarch. PS. The evaporator is covered under the parts warranty, but they are charging $3000 in labor,.

Jesslin was very polite and considerate. She showed me clear pictures of he equipment and what she did. She explained everything very well. Very happy!

They try to scam every single customer. I had a new HVAC system from Costco. Monarch AC services is ruining Costco reputation while ripping off Costco customers. Furthermore, They recommend to fix duck work to every customer. I have an American home shield insurance. I have called to American home shield to inspect duck work. They could not found anything wrong. I have attached duck work photos clicked by Monarch AC services. Duck work has nothing wrong. It has strapped every 4 feet and sealed properly. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I've had Monarch for a few years now, they installed the unit I currently have on my house. Chayanne Garcia was a really helpful technician. He diagnosed a problem I'd been having with the unit during a tune-up, and explained the results of everything he found. Excellent work, and he didn't mind all my pets staring at him while he moved around the house.

Chayanne did an amazing job today with my maintenance, he's very professional, educational and informative. Thank you for the good job
