Fresno Coin Gallery Jewelry & Loan

My wife's 16 year old wedding ring lost a stone. It was time to upgrade on the quality and clarity. She got a new set, a VS2 I, but we needed to sized it up. We went local for the repair. We get it back 7 seven days. We're putting our trust in Fresno Coin Gallery Jewelry.

Great customer service. Monica was so friendly and helpful when I brought my mom’s miscellaneous items in for an estimate. I feel like the price was fair and honest. I came right back with my mom to complete the transaction. Upon returning Drew was efficient on getting Monica to help us. Monica explained the process with my mom since it was her first time there. Thank you

Jackie was great to work with! She was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I've only been here a few times but never left disappointed. Was able to get more than I expected every time I went in.

Today we went to Fresno Coin Gallery (FCG for short) to sell a few coins and a small amount of gold. Mandi and Katie assisted us with the transaction. They were both very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and they were so very kind to my daughter who was with me. I believe the prices they offered were fair and i believe everyone involved was happy with the transaction. I would absolutely recommend FCG to others and we will return again. Great thanks and Praise to Mandi & Katie. To FCG ownership & management, please give these ladies a raise in their wage. They are worth their weight in gold. 🪙🤙✌️🙏🤝

James refurbished and resized this ring for me that I got second hand from Bay Area California i went east to Florida. After 4 years EST heading back to PST. I was honored to have staff here show me a custom ring he made. I was sold on the metal mix they make that doesn’t tarnish. I look forward to collaborating with him on a custom ring.

Third times a charm. Kara helped me this time. Not only was I surprised at the amount of money I received for selling a little gold horse, it was the customer service that became priceless. She was very kind, personable and funny. I left feeling as if I made a new friend. You should be very proud to have an employee like Kara.

Recommend Fresno coin and gallery immensely. They helped us out and are taking good care of my pieces and are extremely accommodating when it regards to paying it back! It’s a very trustworthy institution! Thank you Jose for helping me out today!
