They are quick, polite and efficient. Keep in mind though that this is the busiest location in town. There have been a few occasions when I've been there and there aren't any seats available due to the sheer amount of people in the lobby.

Making an appointment is highly recommended. I arrived 5 minutes early, notified staff of my arrival via the check in process, and was called in right on schedule. I was out in 5 minutes

I would like to say thanks to the young lady who patiently helped everyone who needed help checking in. She was very pleasant and thoughtful. I always make my husband's appointment online so we are in and out in no time.

Before I even come here. I read the reviews and to be honest it is not what it seems coming from those bad reviews. I made an appointment at 12:00pm two days before I even go in. I got there early at 11:35am. Checked in with my information. Went and sat down. There’s a tv on the side of the building showing you where you are at in the waiting line. They do call you to the back close to your appointment. Called me in at 12:05pm. The girl who took my blood was super friendly. Very fast at drawing my blood. If you want a pleasant experience I highly recommend you make an appointment. I would not do "Walk-in" just because they have that option it means a person who has an appointment they get first priority over you. Unless no one shows up to their appointment then you’ll be able to take that time slot for walk in. If you want to wait hours for walk in then it is your choice. I gave you a warning. Make an "Appointment" Do not do Walk- In. Overall I’m satisfied with my visit. No complaints.

Tori and her staff have great customer services. As busy as they were, they took the time to listen and assist you. Great place to come do yoir blood work.

Booked an appointment online the night before and was an easy check-in through text message. Waited about 5 minutes to be called in and got lab done. Staff was friendly and thorough.

Came in as a walk in. I am glad this location is open Saturdays for people like myself that work all week. Elsa was very friendly. Great phlebotomist.
